Preliminary Interview, In-tray exercises or Psychometric Testing
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get to know Metropolitan Insurance Brokers better and vice versa. These may involve behavioural questions that requires you to explain how you responded or dealt with a particular situation or event in the past. It is advised that to better answer these situational question, you set the scene first, explain the actionable steps you took and the outcome of the same. The relevance/requirement for a psychometric testing will be decided by the HR/concerned manager based on the application and the role.

The applicants who have successfully completed the above steps will require to provide one personal and two professional references on request.
On completion of the reference and background checks, the offer letter will be sent to the candidate via email to be reviewed.

On successful completion of six months probation period with Rock Solid, the performance of the employee will be reviewed based on which a confirmation letter will be issued to them.
